As the year comes to a close, the PROMEnhance project is proud to celebrate the achievements and milestones reached over the past months in our mission to foster participatory and innovative local development across Europe.
Throughout the year, we have made significant strides in research and education. The conclusion of an analytical report on innovative practices in territorial development has provided valuable insights into evolving trends in the field, helping to shape our strategies and tools. Alongside this, the development and dissemination of a comprehensive Competence Framework has offered a practical roadmap for professionals looking to enhance their skills and impact within local communities.
Collaboration has been at the heart of our progress. Partners from across Europe have worked together to prototype a modular curriculum that supports the professional development of individuals engaged in territorial development roles. These efforts have been strengthened through dynamic exchanges during key meetings.
This year, we successfully hosted the PROMEnhance Winter School on Participatory Community Development in Turin, Italy, bringing together university students from across Europe. The program provided a dynamic and enriching experience, equipping participants with essential knowledge and tools to design and implement impactful community-driven initiatives.
As we reflect on these accomplishments, we extend our gratitude to all partners, stakeholders, and participants who have contributed to the success of PROMEnhance this year. Together, we are building a foundation for sustainable, inclusive, and innovative local development across Europe. We look forward to continuing this journey in the year ahead.
